Hi, I’m Bryan.

For nearly twenty years I’ve worked inside some of the country’s most recognized banks — Bank of America, Huntington National Bank, and most recently Northwest Bank, where I currently serve as Executive Director and Head of Small Business Banking.

In that time I’ve sat across the table from thousands of small business owners. Franchise owners opening their first location. Healthcare practitioners acquiring a practice. Retailers navigating a tough credit environment. Entrepreneurs who had a great business and just needed someone to help them understand how to fund the next chapter.

What I noticed over and over again is that most small business owners are smart, hardworking, and capable — but they’re playing a game where they don’t always know the rules. Banking, lending, credit decisions — these feel like a black box from the outside. I’ve spent my career on the inside of that box.
